Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Pega Developer with 9 to 11 years of hands-on experience in Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC) development to design, develop, test, and deploy Pega applications. Candidates should hold CSA or CCSA certifications and exhibit strong expertise with Pega architecture and business rules.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and implement Pega applications adhering to CSA/CCSA standards.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to collect requirements and deliver excellent solutions.
- Identify and resolve development issues, including debugging and fixing defects.
- Maintain coding standards and apply best practices throughout the entire development process.
- Engage in knowledge-sharing initiatives to enhance overall team capabilities.
Candidate Profile
- 9 to 11 years’ professional experience in Pega development with a strong command of PRPC technology.
- Deep knowledge of Pega framework architecture, data modeling, and management of business rules.
- Skilled in utilizing CSSA (Customer Service Studio Assistant) for creating customer service applications.
- Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects effectively while adhering to deadlines.
