Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full payroll cycle, guaranteeing accurate and timely employee payments
- Maintain updated payroll records and employee data in adherence to legislation and company policies
- Generate payroll reports, perform reconciliations, and assist with audits and compliance procedures
- Address payroll inquiries and discrepancies, delivering exceptional support to staff
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement process enhancements that drive efficiency
Candidate Profile
- One to two or more years of experience in payroll officer or administration roles
- In-depth knowledge of payroll legislation, awards, and compliance, with GRIA familiarity considered advantageous
- Exceptional attention to detail combined with the capacity to handle confidential information diligently
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel; experience with Dayforce is an asset
- Effective communicator with a customer-centric mindset and strong team collaboration skills
- Qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or related fields are preferred
