Payments Test Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Payments Test Manager to lead a significant payments transformation program based in Dublin. This role is on a 12-month daily rate contract with a hybrid working model.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the complete end-to-end test delivery process across the payment transformation programme.
• Develop comprehensive testing strategies and detailed test plans.
• Oversee defect and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management throughout testing phases.
• Coordinate and manage testing environments to support program requirements.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Manage multiple testing phases across complex projects with coordination among various teams.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of seven years’ experience in an end-to-end Test Management role.
• Proven leadership capabilities and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience interacting and managing offshore testing delivery teams.
• Strong knowledge and background in Payments processes and SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area).
• Experience with SWIFT FIN and General Payment Processing (GPP) including modules such as GPPMP, GPPHC, and GPPSP is preferred.
• Familiarity with testing tools such as Jira, Zephyr, and Confluence.
• Holding ISTQB or a similar professional testing certification is an advantage.
