• Offer empathetic support by attentively listening to patient concerns, aiming to alleviate anxiety related to impending surgeries or treatments.
• Facilitate smooth interactions between medical staff, including doctors and nurses, and administrative units such as billing to support holistic patient care.
• Oversee management of patient documentation, coordinate insurance or Third Party Administrator (TPA) approvals, and maintain precise records concerning patient follow-ups and conversions.
• Track patients' recovery progress post-treatment, ensure compliance with care instructions, and provide assistance with any outstanding questions or concerns.

Compensation Details

Monthly remuneration ranges from INR 15,000 to INR 40,000.
