Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange, confirm, and modify patient appointments following established protocols.
  • Inform patients about necessary preparation steps to ready them for procedures.
  • Work closely with referring and ordering healthcare providers to set up appropriate services.
  • Collect and maintain patient demographics, insurance coverage, and financial information for correct registration.
  • Verify insurance eligibility and required authorizations.
  • Ensure patients are correctly identified and linked to their medical record numbers.
  • Confirm all necessary orders, premedications, labs, implant details, and authorizations are complete.
