Position Overview
Core One is looking for Part-Time Role Players to assist with diverse Department of War training exercises. These opportunities are located within 50 miles of Tyson's Corner, VA in Northern Virginia or within 50 miles of Elkridge, MD in Southern Baltimore. Candidates must hold or be eligible for an active SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities
- Perform in various role-playing scenarios involving between one and four participants, depending on course needs.
- Use your own vehicle and phone to engage in role simulation activities.
- Take part in training sessions that may require extended hours, occur on federal holidays, or overlap with other scheduled courses.
- Be capable of walking outside for long periods, demonstrating excellent navigation and driving abilities.
- Monitor and record trainee actions, providing prompt and thorough feedback.
- Comply with all traffic regulations prioritizing safety during all related tasks.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen aged 21 years or older.
- Possession of, or the ability to acquire, a SECRET security clearance.
- Ownership and use of a well-maintained, insured, clean, and registered vehicle.
- Availability to participate in training sessions that may include extended work hours or federal holidays.
Compensation
Daily pay rates range between $200 and $250. Note that this salary outline serves as a general benchmark and actual compensation will be influenced by relevant experience, education, certifications, security clearance level, contract requirements, geographical area, and internal pay equity considerations.
