About the Role
A reputable manufacturing company within the nonwoven/textile sector based in Saudi Arabia is seeking experienced Packing Operators. This position involves working in production to efficiently handle packing operations with an emphasis on quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform packing duties ensuring adherence to quality and organizational standards.
- Manage product handling including labeling, inventory management, and equipment operation.
- Maintain safety consciousness throughout repetitive tasks that require physical stamina and manual dexterity.
- Contribute to teamwork and time management for smooth production flow.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of professional experience in the nonwoven industry.
- Basic educational qualification: completion of 10th standard or equivalent with relevant certification.
- Skills needed include attention to detail, physical endurance, and the ability to handle equipment safely.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary is competitive and negotiable on a yearly basis in Saudi Riyals (SAR).
- Food allowance and accommodation are provided by the employer.
- Transportation to and from work is arranged and covered by the company.
- Overtime pay is at 1.5 times the basic hourly rate for hours worked beyond the 8-hour standard workday.
