Role Overview

The Packaging Executive plays a key role in overseeing the packaging operations within an e-commerce environment. This position involves managing the packaging team responsible for accurate picking, quality checking, product testing, and secure packaging to ensure orders are dispatched correctly and efficiently.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the packaging team to maintain smooth workflow and high-quality standards.
• Verify product selection to ensure correct items and quantities are picked per order.
• Perform product testing as required to confirm product integrity before packaging.
• Ensure all products are securely and safely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
• Handle proper labelling of packages and coordinate with inventory management.
• Manage timely dispatch of e-commerce orders, preventing incorrect, damaged, or missing items from being shipped.
• Maintain accurate order records and documentation for tracking and accountability.

Compensation and Additional Details

The position offers a monthly salary ranging between INR 16,000 and INR 20,000.
