Key Responsibilities

Examine operational and performance data to detect patterns, issues, and areas for enhancement.
Develop actionable insights and guidance to help healthcare teams streamline workflows and meet goals.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to set targets, monitor progress, and encourage continuous growth.
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations that effectively communicate impacts and key performance indicators.
Support initiatives aimed at customer success by tracking adoption rates, engagement, and operational efficiency.
Convert complex analytical findings into clear recommendations for healthcare leaders and teams.
Work closely with cross-functional groups to address challenges, improve processes, and back successful technology implementations.
Identify scalable best practices to boost healthcare operations.
Enhance analytics methods, reporting systems, and success measurement over time.

Qualifications and Skills

Background in analytics, business operations, customer success, healthcare operations, consulting, or similar areas.
Proficient in interpreting complex datasets and extracting meaningful business insights.
Experience in developing reports, dashboards, and performance analyses with data-driven approaches.
Adept at converting business issues into structured analyses and practical recommendations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills capable of influencing stakeholders.
Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.
Excellent organizational capabilities to juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy, accountability, and measurable results.
