Job Overview
We are seeking an Outbound Telecaller to join our team in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. This role involves making numerous outbound calls to business owners to generate leads and promote our business loan products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for presenting various loan options, assessing prospect eligibility, scheduling appointments for our field sales team, and maintaining accurate client records in the CRM system.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a high volume of outbound telephone calls to prospective business clients using supplied contact lists.
- Clearly articulate and explain multiple business loan products such as term loans, working capital loans, and unsecured loans, including their respective interest rates.
- Evaluate potential clients by assessing their financial requirements, yearly turnover, and creditworthiness to determine loan qualification.
- Arrange follow-up meetings or on-site visit appointments for Field Sales Officers or Relationship Managers to advance the sales process.
- Diligently record and update all client information, call results, and scheduled follow-ups within the company's customer relationship management software.
Compensation Details
The role offers a monthly remuneration ranging from 14,000 to 18,000 INR.
