Job Purpose
This role entails leading organization development efforts by establishing clear organization design strategies, defining workforce planning and job architecture frameworks, and executing organization structure and capability improvements to enhance efficiency, clarity in roles, and alignment with corporate goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Align organizational structure and workforce direction with corporate strategy and growth plans.
- Advise the CHRO and senior leaders on operating models, organizational effectiveness, and optimization strategies.
- Support strategic workforce planning in line with business expansion and transformation needs.
- Develop and uphold an annual organization development roadmap encompassing design, workforce planning, job architecture, and cultural initiatives.
- Set detailed timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements for OD interventions.
- Design scalable and efficient organization structures with clear reporting lines and functional accountability.
- Develop and maintain job architecture systems including families, levels, and grading.
- Lead job evaluation exercises using established methods like Korn Ferry or Hay to ensure equity.
- Maintain clear and standard-aligned job descriptions for all roles.
- Create workforce planning models to identify current and future manpower needs.
- Analyze labor utilization, recommend efficiency improvements, and support hiring or restructuring efforts.
- Ensure competency frameworks align with organizational values and support talent management integration.
- Maintain accuracy and governance of organizational data within HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors.
- Lead and develop the OD team to enhance skills in organization design, job evaluation, and workforce analytics.
- Foster a culture centered on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners for bespoke OD solutions and facilitate senior stakeholder engagement during organizational changes.
- Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards for all OD activities.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field; Master’s degrees like MBA or Organizational Development are preferred.
- Certifications such as CIPD, Job Evaluation (Korn Ferry/Hay), and Organization Development/HR Strategy are advantageous.
- At least 5–10 years of progressively responsible experience in Organization Development, HR consulting, or strategic HR roles.
- Demonstrated experience in organization design, job architecture, and workforce planning in medium to large enterprises.
- Proficiency in HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors) and organizational data management.
- Hands-on experience with job evaluation methodologies and grading frameworks.
- Experience in transformation projects, restructuring, or operating model design is highly favorable.
