Role overview
This position is for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud consultant focused on subscription management and revenue recognition within a project-based enterprise environment in Hyderabad. The role involves functional implementation work, migration support, integration design, reporting, and collaboration with both business and technical stakeholders.
Key responsibilities and experience
- Bring at least 5 years of practical experience delivering Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
- Have completed no fewer than 3 full-cycle migrations from Oracle EBS R12 to Fusion Cloud.
- Demonstrate strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion PPM, including Project Foundation, Costing, Billing, and Contracts.
- Handle Subscription Management and Revenue Management processes with confidence.
- Understand project-driven revenue recognition, billing flows, costing, and related financial integrations in depth.
- Work with Salesforce integrations, including Conga CPQ and Conga Contracts, in connection with Oracle Fusion Subscription and RMCS processes.
- Use Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for Salesforce-to-Fusion integration scenarios.
- Create and review reporting through OTBI and BI Publisher.
- Support project budgeting, forecasting, intercompany transactions, and cross-charge billing.
- Operate effectively in multi-currency and global project settings.
Consulting and communication expectations
- Prepare strong documentation and manage stakeholder conversations effectively.
- Communicate clearly with business users, finance teams, project managers, and technical teams.
- Translate complex functional topics into straightforward, business-friendly language.
- Lead workshops, facilitate design sessions, and help drive decisions to closure.
- Apply a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to problem solving.
- An Oracle certification in Financials Cloud or Subscription & RMCS Cloud is preferred.
- The resource should be available to start as soon as possible.
Eligibility
Applicants should hold either a B.Com in Account and Finance or a B.Tech / B.E. in any specialization.
