Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Minimum four years of relevant experience in Oracle EPM consulting or related fields.
• Proficient in both verbal and written English communication.

Desirable Expertise

• Academic credentials such as BE/BTech, Chartered Accountant, or MBA in Finance.
• Certifications in Oracle EPM Planning including EPBCS or PBCS.
• Demonstrated involvement in multiple Oracle Planning implementation projects.
• Awareness of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and associated functional workflows.
• Competence in using various reporting tools effectively.
• Excellent communication abilities and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading workshops for detailed requirement gathering.
• Insight into data migration and integration techniques.
• Familiarity with Hyperion Planning platform.
