Oracle Cloud Time & Labor & Absence Management Functional Consultant

Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with a specialization in Time & Labor and Absence Management. This role demands expertise to manage end-to-end functional implementations, working closely with clients to gather requirements, lead deployment, and ensure smooth transitions post-launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the functional delivery of Oracle Fusion Time & Labor and Absence Management modules throughout all stages of implementation including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Facilitate client workshops, validate business needs, and translate them into practical functional designs.
• Configure the Time & Labor and Absence modules and develop detailed functional design documents (FDDs).
• Collaborate with technical teams on matters related to data migration, system integrations, and reporting from a functional perspective.
• Manage functional user acceptance testing (UAT), address defects promptly, and ensure a smooth go-live and hypercare period.
• Provide expert functional consultation and best-practice recommendations proactively addressing challenges.
• Maintain strong knowledge of US labor laws and statutory regulations as they pertain to Time & Labor and Absence management.

Required Qualifications

• 8 to 12 years of relevant experience with strong functional proficiency in Oracle Fusion Time & Labor and Absence Management.
• Minimum of two full-cycle Oracle Fusion functional implementations completed.
• Comprehensive understanding of US labor regulations such as FLSA, overtime rules, FMLA, and related state and federal leave policies.
• Deep understanding of all phases of implementation and solid functional delivery methodologies.
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Capability to independently lead and manage functional workstreams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior involvement in healthcare industry Oracle Cloud implementations.
• Familiarity with Workforce Compensation modules.
• Pursuit or possession of relevant Oracle Cloud certifications.

Additional Information

Role location is Hyderabad, India. The candidate should be any graduate. Experience with US statutory compliance is essential for this role.
