Role overview
This position is for an Operations Team Lead based in Noida. The role focuses on overseeing daily team activity, keeping performance on track, and ensuring operational standards are met.
Key responsibilities
- Run the team’s day-to-day workflow and ensure smooth operations.
- Supervise a group of executives/associates and improve output levels.
- Track key performance indicators, service-level targets, quality metrics, and process compliance.
- Lead daily team huddles, provide coaching, and complete performance reviews.
Candidate profile
- Applicants should have at least 1 year of experience as a Team Lead or Assistant Manager.
- Experience in International Backoffice or Operations is preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills are needed.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and reporting is required.

Compensation
The annual salary range is INR 7,00,000 to INR 10,00,000.
