Overview

Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Operations & Solutions for Warehouse & Distribution, the Operations Manager will supervise the daily activities at the distribution center, ensuring high performance across all key metrics. The role demands leadership in workforce planning, operational excellence, health and safety compliance, sustainability efforts, and facility upkeep.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and drive operational KPIs to optimize efficiency, accuracy, and service quality throughout the distribution center.
  • Plan and manage staffing needs across departments including receiving, shipping, inventory management, value-added services, and returns.
  • Ensure effective resource allocation and monitor productivity to meet operational goals.
  • Maintain strict compliance with environmental performance indicators, health and safety guidelines, and cleanliness standards.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and cost control measures while preserving high-quality standards.
  • Identify areas for process enhancements and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
