Operations Manager

Role Overview

The Operations Manager position is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai, responsible for supervising daily functions within key business units. This role ensures operational efficiency by managing workflows, optimizing resource use, enforcing operational policies, and collaborating with department leaders to solve challenges and enhance service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities across relevant divisions to meet established performance benchmarks.
• Manage and improve workflow processes, resource allocation, and policy implementation.
• Work closely with department heads to identify issues and implement solutions for better service delivery.
• Analyze operational data and prepare informative reports for leadership to support decision-making.
• Lead strategic initiatives aimed at boosting productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Guide and develop team members while promoting a continuous improvement culture.
• Maintain compliance with company standards and relevant regulatory requirements.

Essential Qualifications

• Experience in both delivery operations and the car rental sector is mandatory.
• Proven expertise in operations and process management, including workflow optimization, resource planning, and performance tracking.
• Strong leadership capabilities encompassing team supervision, coaching, and cross-department collaboration.
• Competence in data analysis, problem-solving, and executing operational enhancements.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build relationships across various stakeholders.
• Organizational proficiency with the capacity to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Prior experience in operations management, ideally within multi-sector business groups involving trade, logistics, or services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline; higher qualifications are a plus.
• Familiarity with office productivity software and operational tools; experience using ERP or business management software is advantageous.
• Capability to work onsite in Dubai and effectively engage in a multicultural and inclusive workplace.
