Openhouse is a rapidly expanding residential resale platform focused on important NCR micro-markets such as Noida, Noida Extension, Gurgaon, and Ghaziabad. The company’s goal is to improve the secondary home-buying journey by making it more clear, efficient, and reliable for both buyers and sellers.

Role Overview

This operations internship is part of the supply operations function, which plays a central role in improving the quality of inventory listed on the platform. The position is based in Noida and involves regular field activity in assigned local micro-markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to residential properties within assigned Noida micro-markets and complete structured walkthroughs to assess the condition of each flat.
• Take clear, high-quality photos and videos of properties while following the company’s content requirements and visual shooting standards.
• Record accurate property details in the CRM from the field in real time, including specifications, amenities, pricing inputs, and seller information.
• Work closely with channel partners, local brokers, and property owners to schedule, confirm, and manage property visits smoothly.
• Keep daily visit records and field execution reports updated for the team lead, and support the initial onboarding of sellers along with document collection.
