About the Role
Louis Vuitton’s Aventura store is looking for a driven, well-organized, and results-focused Operations Associate to join the team on a full-time basis.
What You’ll Do
In this position, you will help keep back-of-house operations running smoothly, support the team in delivering excellent client service, and make sure store processes are carried out according to brand standards.
This opportunity is a strong fit for someone who wants to build a career in luxury retail operations and develop experience in areas such as stock handling, repairs, and after-sales support.
Who This Role Suits
The ideal candidate has prior retail experience with an operations emphasis. You should be highly structured, strong at solving problems, very attentive to details, and comfortable taking a proactive approach to issues.
Experience in luxury retail is an added advantage.

The selected candidate will receive an hourly wage of USD 22 to USD 30, with the possibility of a bonus.
