Job Overview

This role involves building high-impact operational performance related to pricing and delivery efficiency in Germany, where Wolt initiated service in August 2020 and has rapidly scaled, partnering with thousands of vendors and expanding geographically and across business areas. The full-time position reports directly to the Courier Pricing & Efficiency Manager and requires hands-on work in data analysis, operational execution, and performance monitoring within the German market.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze commercial delivery arrangements focusing on cost-effectiveness and pricing metrics, providing strategic recommendations.
• Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing operational processes, including optimizing payment cycles and related workflows.
• Assist in the rollout and governance of city-specific courier pricing adjustments under the German operational framework.
• Generate insights and detailed reports supporting efficiency and pricing strategies initiated by senior leadership.
• Perform routine and project-specific analyses to observe performance, detect inefficiencies, and gauge effectiveness of operational changes.
• Support experimental projects such as pricing or efficiency pilots through data preparation, analysis, and thorough outcome documentation.

Qualifications and Expectations

• Minimum two years’ professional experience in operations, analytics, consulting, strategy, or related functions.
• Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets and SQL for managing and analyzing large datasets.
• Strong ability to convert complex data into actionable business insights.
• Proactive and pragmatic approach to implementing operational initiatives and fostering ongoing enhancements.
• Keen interest in process optimization and operational efficiency.
• Well-informed and adaptable to market dynamics, with responsibilities evolving alongside business shifts.
• Comfortable working amid fast-paced conditions and shifting priorities.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Preferable experience with business intelligence tools like Looker and knowledge of A/B testing methodologies.
