Role overview
Finrope Solutions LLP is hiring an Operational Specialist for its Vadodara, Gujarat office. This is a full-time, on-site role with 2 openings.
Working schedule
The standard working hours are 4:30 AM to 1:30 PM. During daylight saving time, the shift changes to 3:45 AM to 12:45 PM. The working days are Monday to Friday.
What the role involves
This position calls for strong communication skills, careful attention to detail, and comfort working with Microsoft applications. The role requires 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
Core duties
The selected candidate will assess routes to determine whether jobs can be completed and prepare quotes accordingly. The role also includes speaking with customers by phone and email to resolve queries, coordinating with subcontractors to collect required information, and entering bookings into the company system.
Other responsibilities include sending quotations through email and other platforms, updating customers on transportation progress, encouraging satisfied customers to share positive feedback and reviews, maintaining accurate data entry, preparing activity reports, and handling any other tasks assigned as needed. Work must always align with company policies and procedures.
