As the Operation Manager at Sinjan Residency in Kolkata, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily functioning of the hotel, ensuring efficient coordination among all departments for a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise multiple departments including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage, and security to guarantee smooth hotel operations.
• Maintain and uphold exceptional standards of guest service while addressing and resolving guest complaints effectively.
• Track and analyze occupancy rates, revenue generation, expenses, and operational costs to optimize financial performance.
• Ensure proper staff discipline, coordinate training programs, and implement performance management systems to maintain team efficiency.
• Collaborate with sales, reservations, and accounting teams to enable integrated hotel operations.
• Enforce compliance with safety guidelines, hygiene protocols, and all applicable legal regulations.
• Oversee maintenance schedules, manage inventory levels, and supervise vendor relationships.
• Prepare comprehensive daily operational reports and devise strategies aimed at enhancing guest satisfaction and profitability.
