About the Role
Join Woolworths Group as an Online Manager, playing a vital part in leading your department towards a rewarding and dynamic career. Supported by the Store Leadership Pathway, this role allows you to sharpen leadership skills and oversee your department's full operational cycle. You'll collaborate closely with the store leadership and team members to ensure excellent service and a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively manage your team to meet online order picking requirements, guaranteeing timely and accurate fulfillment for customers.
- Lead daily department operations, cultivating a motivated, flexible, and high-performance workgroup devoted to exceptional customer service.
- Work hand in hand with store leadership to deliver a seamless shopping experience and support your team’s development.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to engage customers by implementing Everyday ACTs: Acknowledge, Care & Thank.
- Prioritize safety by ensuring adherence to proper protocols for team members and customers.
- Strong commitment and skill in leading daily department activities and supporting your team.
- Collaborative mindset with aptitude for teamwork and shared success.
- Self-awareness of leadership style and enthusiasm for growth as a future leader.
- Understanding of the importance of cross-store coordination to enhance customer experiences.
- Curiosity and eagerness to develop personal skills and take subsequent career steps.
Working Hours
Roster option 1: Monday to Sunday, 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
