Role Overview
The Office Cleaner will be responsible for ensuring the office premises, including meeting rooms, pantry, and communal areas, are kept spotless and orderly. Additionally, the role involves preparing refreshments and supporting basic administrative duties to contribute to a hospitable and efficient office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness across the office, meeting rooms, pantry, and shared spaces.
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments for staff and visitors.
- Keep the pantry adequately stocked with necessary items.
- Assist with routine administrative tasks such as filing and photocopying when needed.
- Identify and report any maintenance issues or supply shortages promptly.
- Support the administrative team with various general office activities.
- Ensure the office atmosphere remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Prior experience in a similar cleaning or office support role is advantageous.
- Capable of working independently while upholding high standards of cleanliness and organization.
