Odoo Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a proficient Odoo Developer to become a part of our team. The candidate will take charge of designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo modules, aligning them with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and tailor both backend and frontend Odoo modules according to business specifications.
• Create and enhance Odoo data models, user interfaces, workflows, and reporting tools.
• Implement integrations between Odoo and external platforms, such as payment gateways, logistics APIs, and other third-party applications.

Required Skills and Experience

• Comprehensive expertise in Odoo framework along with proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, JSON, JavaScript, Linux environment, and version control using Git.
• Desirable functional understanding of modules related to Sales, Customer Relationship Management, Accounting, and Human Resources.
• Experience working with Odoo versions 12 through 16.

Educational Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Between three to five years of hands-on experience in Odoo development.
• Strong analytical problem-solving capabilities combined with effective communication skills.
