Night Clerk - Full Time

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Night Clerk to join us full time, someone who thrives in a fast-moving food retail environment and displays enthusiasm for the food sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and organizing stock, merchandising products and setting up attractive displays
• Preparing store departments for daily operations
• Handling food product preparation tasks
• Ensuring product freshness through regular date checks and stock rotation
• Adhering strictly to food safety, health regulations, and workplace safety protocols

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service
• Capable of working efficiently both as part of a team and independently
• Physical capability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds
• A true interest and passion for the food industry
• Possession of First Aid and Food Safety certifications is advantageous
• Forklift operation training considered a plus

Work Setting and Schedule

• Tasks are performed within a retail store setting
• Availability to work overnight hours and weekends is required
