About the Role
We are seeking a diligent and responsible individual to fulfill the position of Operational Monitor. This role involves overseeing remote gatekeeping operations and supporting the monitoring team to ensure smooth functioning and timely delivery of results.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling remote gatekeeping attendance duties.
- Supervising a team of remote gate monitoring operators.
- Reporting performance outcomes to the operations base supervisor.
- Managing reports and coordinating IT-related requests.
Candidate Requirements
- Completed high school education.
- Flexible availability to work various shifts.
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of IT and security or gatekeeping services.
- Comfort and ease with technology use.
