Mobile Developer Supervisor

Role Overview

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, test, and support cross-platform mobile apps using React Native and current mobile development tools.
• Create mobile solutions that are secure, scalable, and efficient, while working closely with backend systems and APIs.
• Write code that is clean, reusable, easy to maintain, and ready for production.
• Develop and run unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to keep the application stable and dependable.
• Work with different teams to solve product challenges, improve app performance, and deliver practical technical solutions.
• Implement polished UI components, fluid animations, and responsive interfaces that match UI/UX expectations.
• Connect third-party APIs, libraries, backend services, and databases into mobile applications.
• Investigate and fix technical issues, improve performance, and contribute to ongoing product enhancements.
• Keep technical documentation updated and participate in architecture, design, and code review discussions.

Required Background

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in mobile application development in a production environment.
• Strong working knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and React Native.
• Proven experience creating cross-platform mobile applications and connecting them to REST APIs and backend services.
• Good understanding of mobile architecture, security, session handling, and standard mobile development practices.
• Experience using Git, working in collaborative development processes, and participating in code reviews.
• Familiarity with JavaScript design patterns, state management, SVG, data-driven interfaces, and modern mobile frameworks.
• Strong grasp of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and techniques for improving mobile user experience.
• Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing approaches.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and problem-solving abilities.
