Role Overview

As a Mobile Caretaker for Abri Group, you will be essential in upholding exceptional service standards by maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and upkeep of our properties and shared areas. This is a permanent position requiring travel across various locations in London.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep both internal and external communal spaces clean and free from litter by performing tasks such as emptying bins, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
• Promote health and safety by clearing snow and ice and ensuring hallways remain unobstructed and safe for residents and visitors.
• Drive a van to travel between multiple London locations effectively and efficiently, requiring a full manual driving license.
