About Roland-Klinik gGmbH
Roland-Klinik is a specialized center of excellence for orthopedics and hand surgery, operating with four specialist centers.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the entire organization of the secretariat and schedule appointments for senior physicians.
- Monitor ongoing processes to ensure smooth operation.
- Handle communication both internally and externally, including with referring doctors, transcription services, and accident insurance providers (BG).
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and emails, and perform clerical writing tasks.
- Conduct billing for statutory health insurance (KV) and private services, as well as compile documents for elective service billing.
- Prepare and assist with events organization.
- Manage damage claim processing.
Requirements
- Completed training as a medical assistant with additional commercial experience, or a commercial education combined with healthcare sector experience.
- Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong teamwork and organizational capabilities.
- Independent and solution-focused approach to work.
- Effective communication skills and reliability.
- Fluent German language proficiency in speaking and writing.
