About the Role
We are looking for a Mindset & Wellbeing Facilitator to join as an independent contractor on a remote and flexible basis. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about personal and leadership development and keen on working within a supportive and ongoing learning environment.

Candidate Profile
This position suits professionals with backgrounds in learning and development, education, coaching or mentoring, human resources, healthcare or wellbeing, or consulting. A minimum of five years of professional experience is preferred, complemented by strong communication abilities, self-motivation, and organizational skills. Familiarity with online communication platforms and a keen interest in personal growth are important. Prior personal development experience is advantageous but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided.
