Medical Representative (MR)

Job Overview

We are seeking a Medical Representative with 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in cardiology, critical care, or sales of medical devices and pharmaceuticals. Preference will be given to those who already have established connections with cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, physicians, and cath labs.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate deep knowledge of cardiology-related products, devices, and pharma, and articulate their features, benefits, and clinical relevance.
• Leverage a robust network of contacts including hospitals, cardiac centers, cath labs, and clinics for business development and account management within the assigned territory.
• Achieve and surpass sales targets by negotiating effectively and closing deals, while identifying new business opportunities.
• Plan routes and schedule visits efficiently to ensure thorough coverage of the territory.
• Submit daily sales and activity reports via CRM/KIT 19 or the designated company reporting tools.
• Develop and maintain long-term professional relationships with healthcare providers through consistent follow-up and excellent customer service.
• Maintain honesty, discipline, accountability, and motivation towards targets with a positive attitude and willingness to travel extensively.

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate degree in any field; candidates with backgrounds in B.Sc., B.Pharm., D.Pharm., Life Sciences or equivalent are preferred.
• Effective communication skills in English as well as local languages.
• Valid driving license and readiness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
• Familiarity with MS Excel, mobile reporting applications, and CRM platforms.
