Introduction
The Media Buying Assistant is responsible for rapid and accurate execution of advertising campaigns for e-commerce clients under the supervision of Media Buyers. This role focuses on creating campaigns, ad sets, and ads within Meta Ads Manager by utilizing provided copy, creative assets, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). While the Media Buyers maintain strategy, optimization, and client interactions, this position is crucial for increasing team efficiency by handling execution tasks.
Primary Responsibilities
- Create and set up campaigns, ad sets, and ads in Meta Ads Manager following established guidelines and assets.
- Complete reporting duties that free Media Buyers to concentrate on strategic and creative work.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience with campaign structure setup within Meta Ads Manager at campaign, ad set, and ad levels.
- Strong English communication skills, minimum C1 proficiency as assessed through a video evaluation.
- Dependable internet connectivity and a dedicated remote working environment.
- Availability coinciding with North American business hours with at least six hours of overlap.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets and basic data entry and navigation in spreadsheets.
Preferred Skills
- Ability to write ad copy that aligns with brand voice, given direction.
- Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Photoshop, demonstrated through a creative assessment.
- Experience managing Google Ads campaigns including tasks like search term reviews and managing negative keywords.
- Familiarity with project management software such as ---------- or similar tools.
- Knowledge of Shopify platform and key e-commerce metrics including Average Order Value (AOV), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and Conversion Rate (CVR).
