Majd Yanbu Industrial Company is a collaborative venture between Elsewedy Cables and Alfanar Electrical Systems. The company is establishing a cutting-edge copper rod manufacturing plant in Yanbu Industrial City with an annual production capacity of 120,000 metric tons. As the facility nears the start of commercial operations, the company is forming a top-tier engineering team to ensure operational excellence from the outset.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, assess, and maintain mechanical systems including piping, pumps, compressors, HVAC, and utility equipment throughout the facility.
• Provide technical support for the installation, commissioning, and startup phases of mechanical components involved in the copper rod production line.
• Create and enforce preventive and predictive maintenance strategies for both rotating and stationary machinery.
• Conduct root cause analyses on mechanical faults and spearhead continuous improvement efforts.
• Collaborate effectively with contractors and suppliers during construction and equipment commissioning stages.
• Ensure adherence to industrial mechanical standards set by entities such as Saudi Aramco and SABIC.
• Generate comprehensive technical documentation including reports, maintenance records, and engineering logs.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3 to 6 years of professional experience in industrial or manufacturing settings.
• Thorough understanding of mechanical systems such as rotating equipment, piping, heat exchangers, and pressure vessels.
• Experience with maintenance management software systems (CMMS) is advantageous.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar mechanical design software is beneficial.
