Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Saudi Arabia for a Maximo Operator. The primary responsibility involves managing and updating data within IBM Maximo Asset Management systems. Key daily duties include tracking assets and inventory, resolving system issues, creating reports, planning maintenance schedules, and ensuring the integrity of all data. Effective collaboration with various teams to enhance operational efficiency and uphold company standards is a crucial component of this role.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess experience with IBM Maximo Asset Management, including proficiency in asset tracking, inventory control, and system setup. The role requires the ability to generate reports, analyze data, and maintain system accuracy through consistent updates. Strong communication and coordination abilities are necessary for effective teamwork with technical staff and management. A foundational understanding of maintenance scheduling and operational processes within facility management or a similar domain is expected. While not mandatory, familiarity with IT systems, Building Management Systems, and electronic surveillance technologies would be beneficial. The position requires the ability to work on-site in Saudi Arabia, coupled with excellent problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail. A diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field is preferred. Prior experience in data management, logistics, or technical support roles is considered an advantage.
