Material Handler - Level 2

Role overview

This position is for a Material Handler at Level 2 in Kassel, Germany. It is a contract assignment expected to run for more than 20 months and is based on site.

What you will do

• Move, load, and unload materials inside a warehouse or storage environment.
• Operate or use material-handling tools and equipment such as hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, and conveyors to transfer goods between storage areas and vehicles including aircraft, trucks, and trains.

Experience and job level

• This role is generally suited to candidates who have a high school diploma along with relevant hands-on experience, or who can demonstrate strong ability in a similar field.
• The role calls for familiarity with standard practices and procedures used in the area of work.
• Work is carried out according to given instructions and established guidelines.

• This job normally reports to a supervisor or manager.
