Candidate Requirements

More than five years in marketing management, leadership, client services, or account management roles.
Proven marketing experience within payment platforms, payment service providers, gateways, or related fintech sectors.
In-depth understanding of merchant acquiring, chargebacks, compliance, and unique challenges in payments marketing.
Track record of developing and executing marketing strategies aligned with business outcomes.
Practical experience managing marketing budgets and performance reporting.
Capability to manage several brands, projects, or client accounts simultaneously.
Strong skills in project management, organization, and resolving complex issues.
Exceptional communication skills and confidence in leading strategic stakeholder dialogues.
Independent, decisive, and ownership-driven workstyle.
Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools, Google Analytics, and Figma design software.
Proficiency in English for professional communication.
