About the Role

Ignite is collaborating with an ambitious FMCG challenger brand based in London that promotes healthier lifestyles. After securing solid early success in Retail, Wholesale, and Direct-to-Consumer channels, the company aims to significantly expand its presence.

Responsibilities

As Marketing Manager reporting to the Marketing Director, you will oversee Brand Awareness initiatives and contribute to CRM, Events, Partnerships, Trade Marketing, and Campaign Execution. You will ensure every marketing channel aligns with and fulfills the overarching strategy.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have approximately 4 years of experience in Brand Marketing and possess a strong understanding of CRM systems. Excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently are essential.

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive salary range from £45,000 to £50,000 per year based on experience
Up to 20% performance bonus
£75 monthly wellness allowance

Recruitment Process
