Role Overview
This position offers an exciting opportunity for a marketer early in their career to gain comprehensive insight and hands-on experience in diverse marketing activities at one of Australia's top healthcare brands focused on fertility. Working as a Marketing Executive in a collaborative and high-achieving team, you will be involved in digital and traditional marketing efforts including campaigns, content design, event coordination, brand stewardship, partnerships, and patient engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Marketing Manager in executing marketing strategies and campaigns across advertising, new clinic launches, events, and promotions
- Manage campaign briefs, timelines, and coordinate assets efficiently
- Create compelling copy and content for marketing collateral, communications, and advertisements tailored to various formats and channels with an awareness of trending topics suitable for target audiences
- Conduct quality checks on advertisements including scheduling, performance monitoring, and reporting
- Maintain and update marketing calendars, trackers, and asset libraries to ensure organizational efficiency
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all marketing materials reflect consistent, customer-focused, compassionate, and pertinent messaging
- Support B2B marketing activities through collaboration with State Sales Teams on events, digital programs, trade exhibitions, and related initiatives
- Contribute innovative ideas for social media content and assist in community management
- Coordinate effectively with external agencies, vendors, and internal departments to keep projects on schedule
- Ensure all marketing content and advertisements comply with AHPRA and ACCC regulations
- Promote inclusive and culturally sensitive communications that assist individuals facing sensitive decisions
- Take initiative to expand knowledge across marketing domains including brand management, digital marketing, content creation, and analytics
Candidate Profile
- Possess tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline; professional registration with AHPRA is not required
- Understand foundational marketing concepts and the roles of various media channels within integrated strategies
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication ability coupled with meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrate a curious and team-oriented approach with enthusiasm to undertake diverse marketing tasks
- Align with the organization's core values of Compassion, Respect, Commitment, Quality, and Communication in professional conduct
Additional Information
This role is fully on-site within Queensland clinic locations; therefore, candidates must be available for in-person work across multiple sites.
