We implement comprehensive, full-funnel programs encompassing intent-based marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), content syndication, and performance marketing, all meticulously tracked for measurable pipeline impact.
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Director to establish and expand our marketing operations. This pivotal position requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, encompassing brand management, demand generation, content creation, digital marketing, and performance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the overarching marketing strategy for DemandFactor.
- Spearhead demand generation, ABM, and digital performance campaigns.
- Cultivate a robust brand presence and develop high-impact content.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to achieve comprehensive funnel objectives.
- Oversee marketing key performance indicators (KPIs), analytics, attribution models, and budget allocation.
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on demand generation, performance marketing, and growth strategies.
- Demonstrated success in generating measurable pipeline growth and achieving a strong return on investment (ROI).
- Experience in establishing and scaling marketing departments from inception.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic planning, and leadership capabilities.
- Proficiency in communication and execution.
