About The Opportunity

This role is a temporary 6-week position based in Wiri, Auckland, requiring 30 hours of work per week. The Marketing Coordinator will assist in executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and digital content. Coordination responsibilities include managing content across social media platforms, email newsletters, and promotional materials. The role also involves supporting trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events to boost brand recognition and engagement.

The candidate will help maintain website updates and manage digital assets alongside brand resources. Collaborative work with external marketing agencies and vendors is essential to successfully launch marketing initiatives, while also assisting with campaign rollouts and performance tracking.

What You’ll Bring

• Prior experience in coordinating marketing campaigns, digital content creation, and promotional efforts.
• Familiarity with HubSpot is advantageous.
• Strong communication prowess and stakeholder management capabilities, demonstrating confidence in collaborating with internal departments and external partners.
• Experience in supporting campaign analytics and reporting on marketing performance across various digital channels.
