Role overview

EMPIRE is hiring a Marketing Coordinator for its downtown San Francisco office. The position reports to the EVP of Marketing and supports the Product Management team on a variety of projects and daily needs. What you'll do

  • Support the marketing team with administrative and day-to-day coordination work.
  • Use analytics to prepare weekly updates, research findings, and data reviews.
  • Help execute marketing campaigns across different initiatives.
  • Coordinate artist promotion calendars, travel arrangements, and growth tracking.
  • Oversee the creation and production of promotional items and merchandise.
  • Help plan and organize showcases and live events for artists.
  • Gather, structure, and share artist materials and assets.
  • Build and update artist marketing decks, timelines, and project documents.
  • Maintain audio and video release schedules.
  • Share marketing talking points and release pitches with digital streaming partners.
  • Track and manage quarterly budgets for the roster.
  • Send out agendas and capture notes from meetings.
  • Prepare and refresh one-sheets, quote sheets, timelines, and related project files.
  • Work with project managers and outside partners to support campaign execution.
  • Partner with A&R, Finance, Radio, and other internal teams as needed.
  • Take on additional responsibilities when required.
