About the Role

ELEETE Real Estate is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator in the Portland, Oregon area to assist in crafting and delivering marketing materials that support our agents and brokerage. This on-site role involves transforming marketing strategies into tangible assets such as social media graphics, event materials, and promotional resources while adhering to ELEETE's brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist agents with their marketing requests, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Update and maintain marketing collateral for agents and brokerage campaigns.
• Create digital marketing assets including social media graphics and promotional content.
• Prepare listing materials, presentations, flyers, guides, and other branded documents.
• Organize marketing templates and resources to streamline workflows.
• Support social media marketing efforts by developing graphics and content assets.
• Help coordinate materials for events, trainings, and client interactions, including signage and presentations.
• Ensure consistency of all materials with ELEETE's brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with leadership and team members to bring marketing projects from concept through completion.

Candidate Profile

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized, and creative individual who enjoys transforming ideas into polished marketing products. The candidate should be a strong communicator who values quality and takes pride in generating materials that support team success.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience creating marketing assets, branded materials, or digital content.
• Proven ability to produce marketing materials beyond strategy management.
• Proficiency using Canva for design tasks.
• Experience with Maxa, Luxury Presence, and Mailchimp platforms.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing content creation.
• Background in real estate, luxury branding, hospitality, or professional services is advantageous.
