About VitalCaring and the Role
At VitalCaring, we are innovating healthcare recruitment. We seek an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and evolve our recruitment operations remotely, ensuring an outstanding hiring experience for candidates and managers alike. This leadership role offers the chance to coach recruiters, streamline processes, utilize data-driven strategies, and partner with business leaders across multiple divisions.
Primary Responsibilities
- Guide and develop a team of 7-10 Talent Acquisition Partners with regular coaching, performance feedback, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Manage recruitment activities across clinical, sales, operations, and corporate sectors, balancing workloads and priorities for timely, quality hires.
- Monitor recruitment pipelines and aging requisitions to proactively resolve any hiring obstacles.
- Collaborate with business leadership on key hiring priorities and workforce planning.
- Implement standardized recruiting processes and leverage technology for improved efficiency, ensuring adherence to policies and employment laws.
- Advocate for exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Analyze recruitment data and operational dashboards to inform improvements and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of data in the Applicant Tracking System.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 7 years in Talent Acquisition, ideally within healthcare.
- At least 3 years of experience managing recruiting teams.
- Familiarity with high-volume, multi-state recruitment environments.
- Strong skills in recruitment metrics, pipeline management, and workforce analytics.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Greenhouse.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship management abilities.
- Proven leadership capabilities in coaching and motivating recruiting staff.
- Analytical approach to translate data into strategic actions.
- Experience driving process enhancements and deploying recruiting technologies.
Preferred Experience
- Recruiting background in Home Health, Hospice, Post-Acute Care, or other healthcare service sectors.
- Experience supporting teams operating across geographically dispersed locations.
