Manager, Risk & Business Continuity

Job purpose

This role is responsible for supporting the company’s risk management activities end to end, including the identification, evaluation, treatment, mitigation, monitoring, and reporting of risks. It also contributes to building and improving the Risk and Business Continuity Management frameworks, along with the supporting strategy, policies, and procedures for the function.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support enterprise-wide risk identification and assessment activities.
• Assist across the full risk management cycle, from analysis and treatment planning through monitoring and review.
• Contribute to business continuity planning and emergency preparedness initiatives.
• Help define, track, and report against risk appetite and performance measures.
• Prepare management information and reports for stakeholders and leadership.
• Participate in planning and budgeting activities related to the function.
• Develop and maintain policies, systems, processes, procedures, standards, and reporting materials.

Requirements

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline, together with at least 7 years of relevant experience.

This position is based in Al Madinah Al Munawwarah, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia, and is a full-time on-site role.
