About the Role

The Ministry of Justice in New Zealand is looking for a Manager of Process Analysis to lead the Business Analysis function within the Te Au Reka Process Design portfolio. This fixed-term role runs for 24 months until 30 September 2028, based in the National Office in Wellington. Te Au Reka is a transformative programme aimed at modernising justice administration by implementing a digital case management system to enhance access and experience of justice in New Zealand's courts and tribunals.

This role involves developing and implementing a mature and scalable business analysis practice to support complex organisational change. Reporting to the Director of Te Au Reka Process Design, the Manager will provide functional leadership to the business analyst team, establish standards, improve capabilities, and ensure effective governance and alignment with programme priorities and strategic objectives.
