Role Overview
This position involves collaborating closely with the Assistant Director and Head to engage Community Development Councils (CDCs) and community stakeholders, aimed at supporting and troubleshooting the CDC Vouchers Scheme. The role requires effective coordination, communication, and data management to ensure smooth scheme implementation and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support senior leadership in liaising with CDCs and community partners to address challenges across the scheme.
- Coordinate meetings involving merchants, community partners including grassroots groups, and merchants’ or hawkers’ associations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with CDC Master Trainers, conducting regular check-ins for feedback and sharing best practices.
- Contribute to planning and mapping the merchant and resident journey within the national CDC Vouchers initiative.
- Manage data collection and perform data analysis related to the scheme’s operations.
- Manage queries and referrals from various stakeholders efficiently.
- Follow up on technical and operational issues in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure resolution.
- Support other initiatives tied to the CDC Vouchers Scheme, including event launches.
