Manager - Margin and Cost Assurance

Overview

We are looking for a skilled and seasoned professional to lead our Margin and Cost Assurance initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for formulating and executing strategies aimed at boosting margin performance and enhancing cost efficiency. This role involves collaboration across multiple teams to deploy an extensive Margin & Cost Assurance (M&CA) framework tailored for business, consumer, and non-telecom core product portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a thorough M&CA policy and control framework.
• Supervise and improve margin metrics across business, consumer, and non-telecom portfolios.
• Partner with cross-functional departments to pinpoint and resolve margin and cost challenges.
• Perform frequent margin and cost evaluations, delivering strategic insights and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and industry best practices concerning margin management.
• Create and sustain strong reporting and analytic capabilities for margin and cost data monitoring.
• Detect opportunities to enhance margins and decrease costs, fostering ongoing improvements.
• Keep abreast of industry developments and emerging technology to refine margin and cost approaches.
• Lead and coach a team of M&CA professionals, promoting a culture focused on excellence and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of six years' experience in Telecom and/or Data Analytics.
• Proficient English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal capabilities to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Telecom industry experience.
• Technical expertise in data analytics and SQL.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving competencies.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI.
• Knowledge of Revenue Assurance and/or Fraud Management frameworks is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail with dedication to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to adapt and excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
