Role Overview

We are seeking a Manager for Events specializing in Weddings to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of weddings and related social events at our luxury property. You will play a pivotal role in driving wedding sales, nurturing client relations, and collaborating cross-functionally to provide memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive wedding and social event planning from initial concept through successful delivery.
• Grow wedding business through sales, proposal development, contract negotiation, and sustained client engagement.
• Organize and manage signature wedding exhibitions and showroom presentations to highlight our offerings.
• Work in close partnership with Food & Beverage, Banquet, Kitchen, and Front Office teams, along with external vendors to ensure flawless execution.
• Advise clients expertly on wedding packages, menu selections, and related hotel amenities.
• Build and maintain an extensive wedding client database to encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
• Continuously research wedding market trends to innovate and update wedding products accordingly.
• Adhere strictly to brand standards, financial guidelines, and operational best practices to ensure excellence.

Requirements

• At least three years in wedding or social event management, ideally within a luxury hospitality environment.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing teams effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in the local language for client interactions.
• Degree qualification with strong grounding in sales techniques, event operations, and hospitality systems.
• Innovative, proactive, and an excellent collaborator committed to superior guest satisfaction.
• Prepared to work flexible schedules and oversee multiple concurrent events.
