About the Role

This position provides a unique platform to define and drive the digital transformation strategy for airport operations. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap tailored for airport operations.
• Lead full project life cycles, from initial research and planning to execution and deployment.
• Guide technology development efforts by assessing operational viability and the potential impact of various solutions.
• Implement technologies in live operational settings and oversee associated change management and user adoption efforts.
• Customize strategies across diverse projects involving different levels of technical expertise, business model innovation, and stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

• Possession of a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification with a minimum of three years professional experience.
• Strong passion for innovating within airport operations and practical knowledge of digital systems deployment.
• Self-driven entrepreneurial mindset capable of clearly defining objectives, formulating strategies, creating roadmap plans, securing stakeholder support, and ensuring project completion.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, complemented by proven abilities in managing change and effectively presenting to senior leadership.
• Experience in the aviation industry or prior involvement with digital system implementations is advantageous.
